Motivation and experience
My best quality as a teacher is calmness. I have always perceived questions—even simple ones repeated multiple times—as positive and motivating. This indicates the student's desire to understand the content, shows me where they currently stand, and I try to support that fully. I do not tolerate shaming for “stupid questions.” This is the principle of a relaxed learning environment.
My experience includes teaching professionally at university level, presenting in professional settings, and mentoring new employees in a laboratory. I am the person who has quickly explained things to others during breaks or right before exams.

Going over general education and becoming a private tutor is my newest challenge. Ihave helped prepare students for basic school math finals in spring 2025 and currently teach highschool chemistry. The home learning space I offer is still a work in progress to become more presentable but is quiet, well-lit, and decent.

Service details
I prefer to offer in-person teaching because I consider direct interaction with the student essential in private education. I can come to you within West Tallinn or hold the lesson at my home. If needed or as a supplement, remote teaching via Zoom or Teams is also available. Please notify me a few days in advance about the specific topic to be covered so I can prepare the lesson accordingly. The lesson begins by assessing the student’s current level in order to proceed from there. It is common to work through school assignments and completed tasks together. For digital learning tools, I use GeoGebra. The duration of a single learning session has varied from 30 minutes to 5 hours. With repeat clients, I try to continuously find the most suitable learning style for each individual student.
Currently, I teach mathematics (up to 9th grade) as well as highschool chemistry. General educational support can also be requested for higher levels and other subjects that I can teach with some preparation time. Additionally, I have been involved in intensive English language studies since 2nd grade.
Within my competence, I provide consultations on health and wellness topics. If you want to get your life in order, start improving your health tomorrow, lose weight, or improve relationships, I can introduce you to the biomedical aspects of sports, sleep, nutrition and supplements, the immune system, as well as stress and love. I can suggest and explain laboratory tests and interpret (including previous) results. With my own equipment, I can measure body composition (percentage of fat and muscle). I listen actively and, if desired, help to create an action plan.
